Established in 2000, Hi-Spec Cladding & Roofing Ltd is a leading building envelope specialist based in Warrington.  The company operates predominantly in the North West of England, the North Midlands, Cumbria and North Wales, but work outside these geographical areas would be considered depending upon the size and complexity of the project combined with the client/contractor.

With 100+ years of combined experience in construction, the Hi-Spec team of designers, contract staff and employed site operatives will design, supply and install roofing, wall cladding and rainscreen facade systems from all the market leading suppliers and manufacturers to a wide range of projects across all market sectors.

In addition to utilising our skills and services on new build projects, we can also provide practical and cost effective solutions for the refurbishment of buildings by offering over-cladding, strip & re-clad and flat to pitch roofing solutions.
